Terms of Service

Don't upload anything that can be even remotely construed as illegal, pornographic, copyrighted, harassment, or spam. If you do, we will ban you, delete all your images, and report you to the proper authorities (if necessary).

1. Upload

Uploading is free. Registration with a valid e-mail is only required.
You can upload jpg, png and gif images that are less than 1 Mo (1000 ko).
It is recommended to keep a copy of these files on your computer or on a storage hardware.

2. Terms of Service

Servimg reserves the right to remove any uploaded file, and assumes no liability for lost registration links or misplaced file URLs. In the same way, Servimg reserves the right to delete any hosted image that has had no access, loading, viewing or display on a web page for 5 years.
User images can only be viewed by another person by using image links. Changing image links is prohibited without prior permission.

The following types of files constitute "abuse" may not be uploaded under any circumstances :

  • Pornographic files. This includes, but is not limited to, files depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.
  • Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
  • Files intending to harass or spam, or promote anything for commercial profit.
  • Non-image files.

Uploading abusive files may result in the immediate termination of the user ability to use Servimg.
To report any type of abuse, click on the button located on the image preview page or use the form below.

The Servimg website may not load, all Servimg-hosted files may not load, and all files and accounts related to the abusive files will be subject to deletion. Circumventing Servimg's ability to enforce the Servimg Terms of Service will result in prosecution.

3. Privacy

All information provided by the user is strictly confidential.
Servimg reserves the right to release user information if user has violated the Servimg Terms of Service, if the user has committed unlawful acts or if Servimg deems it necessary or appropriate.

4. Legal Policy

Servimg Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.
All files are © to their respective owners. Servimg directs full legal responsibility of files to their respective users. Servimg is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.

All other content © Servimg.
Except where diligently implied, absolutely NO part of Servimg may be reproduced or recreated without explicit written permission by operators of Servimg and certified written verification by Notary Public.

5. Limitation of Liability

User agrees that the use of Servimg services is entirely at user own risk.
Servimg services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, constructive, or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.

Servimg makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of Servimg's services.
In no event shall Servimg be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Servimg's services or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

6. Indemnity

User agrees to indemnify and hold Servimg harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of user files or use of any other feature or service. This expressly includes :
User responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights. Any defamatory or unlawful material contained within user Files.

7. Refund Policy

R.1 An optional paid version of the Servimg service called Servimg Pro is available. By subscribing to this paid version, you agree to pay Servimg the indicated monthly subscription fee. Payments are debited in advance on the day you purchase the service and cover its use for the subscription period.

R.2 The purchase of this paid service entitles you to a cancellation period of fifteen (15) days "Withdrawal period" unless you use this service in any way. In this case, the withdrawal period ends and it becomes impossible to cancel or get your money back.

R.3 No refund is possible after the withdrawal period. Even if the product has not been used and has not expired.

R.4 Activating a Servimg Pro account constitutes "use" of a paid product. You hereby expressly consent that this service may be awarded before the withdrawal period expires and becomes a non-refundable award.

R.5 The withdrawal period and refunds do not concern Products offered during a contest game for example.

R.6 If you believe that Servimg billed you in error, you must contact the Servimg administrators within 90 days of the billing. No refunds will be given for fees charged more than 90 days ago.

R.7 Servimg reserves the right to refuse a refund request if Servimg has reason to believe that you are trying to take unfair advantage of this refund policy, if you are in violation of these Terms or if Servimg has reason to suspect that you are using our Products or Software fraudulently or that your User Account is being used fraudulently by a third party.

R.8 This refund policy has no impact on your statutory rights.

8. Maintenance

Servimg may perform maintenance services as Servimg determines reasonably necessary. User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime. Servimg will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance downtime, except in the case that circumstances beyond Servimg's control limit the ability to do so.
